When I was first learning to adopt natural lifestyle practices many years ago, I was all aboard the biohacking train. The trend that took the alternative health world by storm is, however, might not be all its cracked up to be.

As my perspective has shifted over the years, and my understanding of health has gone beyond the body and into the realms of mind and spirit, I’m not so sure we should be talking about our bodies as something to be “hacked”. When we speak, the body listens.
