Recently, I was talking to one of my very best friends about some current events. We both have been known to wear a tin foil hat on occasion — or ya know, completely wrap ourselves in aluminum foil every second of every day. If you know, you know. She asked me (rhetorically) — and I’m paraphrasing — why “these people” have to do “these things” because then we have to worry about “this stuff”.
A while later, her comment really got me thinking about what it looks like to have awareness about external chaos or something bad that has happened or could happen without worry or any other negative emotion.
If you listened to the last episode, then you know we’ve talked about the science behind emotions as frequency and how that affects our energy and outcomes. But I want to dedicate a whole show to diving into this application because I think this is something that a lot of people are struggling with, especially now as certain things unfold.
